Curbside Service:

When you order online at Birdhouse Farmers Market, you don't even have to get out of your car to pick up if you don't want to! That's right, ride your bike, walk, or drive to pickup your order and Birdhouse staff and volunteers will load your items for you!

Online Ordering is open Thursday at 6am - Monday at 3am.

To order online, simply become a Birdhouse Farmers Market Lulu's member (free of charge) and start shopping!

In lieu of a membership fee, Birdhouse charges a flat $5 processing fee per order*. This fee helps offset some of the operating costs associated with this service.

Only one Curbside Fee is charged per order. You can add to your order as often as you like while the ordering window is open without additional Curbside Fees. Our vendors often update their inventories throughout the weekend so it's wise to check back periodically, you might find a surprise!

*SNAP Customers: The Curbside Fee is waived for all SNAP Customers. This will be reflected in the order total at pickup when paying for your order.

Pickup options:

Winter Online Only Market (December - April): Visit the tents in the Randolph Community Center parking lot between 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Pickup Address: 1415 Grayland Ave. Richmond, Va 23220

SNAP:

We accept SNAP and participate in the Virginia Fresh Match program year round (in-person and online!), allowing us to offer up to 50% off on all SNAP orders that include fresh fruits and vegetables.

To become an online Birdhouse SNAP Customer, create a Lulu's account and then email birdhousefarmersmarket@gmail.com with the full name on your account to begin shopping! We'll put a credit in your account to cover your order online. Please be prepared to swipe your SNAP card for payment at pickup*.

Customers can also use SNAP at the market by swiping your SNAP card for tokens at the Welcome Tent. Purchase $20 of SNAP tokens, and you receive $40 in tokens (thanks to the Virginia Fresh Match program!).

*SNAP Customers should NEVER enter credit card information on Lulu's. If you pay for your order with your credit card, we are unable to issue refunds or proceed with checking out with SNAP funds.
