Caromont Farm is close to the tiny village of Esmont – one road, no stoplight, and the kind of small town post office of a bygone era. This cheese is named for our home. It is a small rustic tomme, made in a basket mould and aged to create a natural rind and firm bite. Perfect for slicing or grating.

Aged for a minimum of 60 days.
