One of our most popular items! Fattier cuts from the lamb shoulder are smoked in small batches to make lamb bacon. This is leaner than pork bacon; we recommend cooking for a short time in a well-heated cast iron skillet. Can be enjoyed as a side or on a sandwich, but the deeper, rich flavor also pairs wells with spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper. Package weights will vary slightly. No added nitrates or nitrites; does contain brown sugar and celery powder.
