It’s a very dark brown loaf, with extra treacle, (our word for molasses!!) and dark brown sugar to give a little extra sweetness with some porridge oatmeal in there as well! You can find it all over Ireland, from Dublin to Lisdoonvarna!!! It freezes extremely well and has a long shelf life!!
