We use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill GF Flours and find this the perfect combination to avoid that gritty dry texture that is common in Gluten Free breads. Naturally dairy free, this is a moist and delicious American Classic, flavored with cinnamon and using a half-pound of Zucchini in every loaf. Its stuffed full of fresh vegetables so its healthy as well!! It is like a huge, soft muffin!!
