We use a blend of Cassava Flour & Bob’s Red Mill GF Flours to avoid that gritty dry texture that is common in Gluten Free breads. Naturally dairy free, this is a moist, delicious American Classic, flavored with cinnamon & using a half-pound of Zucchini in every loaf. Its stuffed full of fresh vegetables so its healthy as well!! It is like a huge, soft muffin!! The Chocolate version is stuffed & topped with Choc chips.
