We use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill GF Flours and find this the perfect combination to avoid that gritty dry texture that is common in Gluten Free breads. Tender and soft and jammed packed with apples from a local orchard. This an authentic, old fashioned Apple Cake made throughout the apple season back home. With a tiny bit of spice and a brown sugar and sliced apple crunchy topping, this tastes amazing with custard or whipped cream!!
