We use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill GF Flours and find this the perfect combination to avoid that gritty dry texture that is common in Gluten Free breads. Naturally dairy-free, this is a real Southern tradition. Our recipe has a healthy dose of Ginger and Cloves and a handful of Walnuts to give a lovely creamy flavor to the moist carrot!! Add some cream cheese butter frosting just to be a little decadent!!! Enjoy!!!!
