for Flour! It is so beloved in Waterford that it has special ‘European Protected Status’ and requires special permissions to bake and sell!! Eaten mainly at breakfast with butter, they are also eaten at other times of the day with a wide variety of fillings!! French Fry Blaa Anyone?
