These hams are as fresh, lean and delicious as you will find. Berkshires, known as the "black pig", have a reputation for being the most flavorful breed of hog, and these hams are a perfect showcase for their well-deserved reputation. Our hogs are pasture and woodland raised, always hormone and antibiotic free, and fed GMO-free grain. These are fresh smoked hams and should be cooked to 160 degrees internal temperature. No added nitrites or nitrates; package weights will vary slightly.
