These pork roasts from our pasture and woodland raised Berkshire Heritage Breed Hogs, will make you the champion of your next barbecue. The Boston Butt comes from the shoulder of the hog, and is the most common cut for making pulled pork. Pork butt does best with long, slow cooking and are excellent choices to be barbecued, smoked or braised. They stand up well to strong flavors (think barbecue sauce or chiles) because they have a strong flavor themselves.
