This delicious boar chorizo is uncured and handmade in small batches. As compared to our smoked boar chorizo, this is a little more tender, and can be prepared as whole sausages, or you can cut the casing and cook this in a pan Mexican-style. Great for tacos, pasta or in eggs, this is one of the most delicious sausages you will find. Our Berkshire Heritage breed hogs are pasture and woodland raised. Contains no nitrites or nitrates. Package weights will vary slightly.
