We are excited to offer Beef Tallow. This tallow was rendered from the fat of our grassfed beef. The tallow has been infused with a bouquet of Onion, Carrots, Celery, Black Pepper and Bay Leaf.

Tallow may be used to roast/ fry vegetables with. It does amazing with potatoes/ frites!
