Buena Vista is a yellow variety of corn grown out from an heirloom Tuxpeno offshoot by Sam and his father at Buena Vista Farms about an hour east of Richmond. Corn is NON-GMO but is not certified organic. Sprays are used on non-corn adjacent crops, but corn crop sees no applications. Lovely golden color and classic tortilla corn flavor. Excellent as polenta or corn flour makes for a lovely addition to many recipes.
