Big Soup
Big Soup is a small, woman-owned and operated kitchen dedicated to crafting small-batch, slow-simmered soups with a focus on the simple and wholesome. Alongside out signature soups, Big Soup offers a handful of fresh salads, specialty breads, and sides with an emphasis on well-paired items. Big Soup strives to use locally sourced ingredients as often as possible which manifests in most products having at least half local origins, though in many cases, even more. All of our broths are homemade with local chicken and vegetables and our meat soups use chicken and beef from Peacemeal farms in Goochland, VA and Dragonfly Farms in Louisa, VA and our produce is purchased from an array of local vendors at nearby farmers' markets.
