Scared Cowboy sells four unique flavors of hot sauce that focus on flavor first. All of our sauces are made lovingly by hand in Richmond, Virginia. While each flavor is distinct and delicious, they are all a medium heat level so you can make liberal use of them on any food you desire.
Orange - tomato, garlic, habanero etc. Our original, most versatile sauce. It goes well on everything, especially pizza and eggs.
Brown - tamarind, garlic, habanero etc. Our most unique offering, offering a bold twang from tamarind. Very good on tacos, burritos, and a wide variety of asian foods.
Green - tomatillo, culantro, habanero, poblano etc. Similar to a salsa verde, but a very good one. This sauce is fresh, bright, and herbaceous. It pairs well with Mexican food, veggies, and pork.
Red - lemon, garlic, herbs, habanero etc. If you like lemon, you'll love this sauce. It has tons of fresh lemon juice and zest, resulting in a bright, zingy kick. It goes great with seafood, soups, mediterranean, and middle eastern foods — or just about any dish you'd like to brighten up.
